  • Yes we are. Our contractor license number is CGC1539763 and we carry general liability construction insurance for every single job.

  • It depends if it’s a repair or new install. Most new installs get completed in 2-3 weeks from the time the contract is signed. For most repairs/maintenance, we can typically finish the job that day, assuming we have the parts. If we don’t have the parts, we’ll get them ordered as soon as possible, and they typically arrive within a few days.

  • For most new gate installs, even though most projects take 2-3 weeks, we are only at your property for a day or 2. The reason is that most of the project is done back at our shop: cutting metal, fabricating the gate, fitting the hardware, programming the motor, etc.

We’re typically only at your property to install the actual gate.

  • You do not! 95% of our work is outside, and you are not needed. However, the day we come out to install and wire up your gate, it often helps if someone’s home in case the electrician needs access to your breaker box or other items inside.

  • For new gate installs:

    1. It always starts with our Instant Quote. Use it to get a ballpark idea of what your gate project will cost.
    2. If that price range fits in your budget, give us a call and we’ll come out to give you official pricing. 85% of the time it’s within the Instant Quote range.
    3. If you’re ready to move forward, we collect a 50% deposit and sign a contract.
    4. Then we start working, and 2-3 weeks later you’ll have a fully automated gate! We’ll even give you a quick rundown on how to use it and general maintenance.

    For repairs and Maintenence:

    • It’s much easier if you give us a call to explain what the issue(s) are. By getting all the information over the phone, we can often times squeeze you on the schedule within the next day or so.
  • Unfortunately at the moment, we do not offer financing.

  • Both swing gates and slide/roll gates open in about 10-15 seconds.
  • Yes we can! Skip the instant quote and give us a call directly so we can come out, take a look, and give you a quote.

  • All of our electric gate openers have built-in manual release for emergencies allowing you to easily sling or swing it open yourself.

  • Great question! So it’s really all personal preference but here are a few things to help you decide:

    Swing Gates
Swing Gates tend to be “grander” in nature and are a great fit for the front of your property. You do need more room for a swing gate as it requires space to swing open. There is no track required for the gate to move on, however, there do need to be existing columns to attach the hinges to. If no columns are present, we can install heavy-duty metal beams to attach the hinges to.

    Slide Gates
Slide Gates work great for areas where there isn’t room for a sliding gate. A lot of customers go with a sliding gate for alley driveways or commercial spaces where there isn’t as much available room. They do require a small track for the gate to slide and in order to install the track, there needs to be cement. If you don’t have cement, we can pour a slab ourselves.

  • We offer 4 different materials for your gate: Vinyl, Wood, Metal, and Chainlink. However, those options are just the decorative facade. No matter which material you go with, the gate will be fabricated with a custom heavy-duty metal frame. This is the workhorse doing all the heavy lifting. After we create the frame, then we attach one of those 4 material options to the frame.

  • Automated gates come with many advantages:

    • They secure your property and make it a harder target, deterring thieves and trespassers.
    • They can increase your privacy and provide more protection to children and pets.
    • They increase the value of your property, making your home look more sophisticated and upscale.
    • You may even get a break on your homeowner’s insurance rates when you purchase a gate!
